Hanover, NH – Today, the Dartmouth College Republicans held an event that was headlined by Dinesh D’Souza. The event titled, “A WORLD WITHOUT WALLS? Trump, Frost, and the Enigma of Belonging,” was met with protests from the Dartmouth College and Hanover communities. As D’Souza spoke, a group of protesters chanted outside, while others stormed the stage with spiteful propaganda aimed at the speaker. NHFCR State Chairman, Dan Passen, released the following statement:

“Tonight, Dinesh D’Souza gave an eloquent speech to students at Dartmouth College. His speech touched upon the American Dream and the incredible opportunities we are given for simply being American. It is absolutely disgusting that students were unable to respectfully sit and listen to Mr. D’Souza’s speech, as they slammed on the auditorium doors and chanted profanities outside. Worse, as Mr. D’Souza was answering their questions, they felt it necessary to storm to the podium and shout in his face and brandish offensive posters. It is sickening to see that in the era of ‘tolerance’, we appear to be having none of it. We thank Mr. D’Souza for speaking tonight and hope for a more appropriate student body in the future.”
